Cancellation Policy

 

Should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call well in advance. Last minute cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Please note, failure to arrive to your appointment (no show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be forfeited in total.
