Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call well in advance. Last minute cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please note, failure to arrive to your appointment (no show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will  be forfeited in total.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, eftpos, or bank deposit (by prior arrangement). No credit card facilities available at this time
